40,000 researchers, educators, and public servants are voting on a ULP Strike Authorization Vote because UC management is committing Unfair Labor Practices (ULPs) that delay fair contracts.

Until workers have contracts, there are no improvements to pay, job security, or critical protections. A YES vote sends a clear message: UC must bargain in good faith and choose workers.
